Someone lands on your Website or clicks one of your PayPer Click ads or opens an email you send out.
Yes... you can Retarget your email list.
A simple piece of hidden code called a pixel is put on the device that the shopper is searching from.
That pixel code allows you to develop retargeting campaigns, that shows banner type ads to the shopper when they go to any of the millions of website that display advertising on there sites.
